Fresh off their latest and most anticipated drops, our favourite labels and stores turned up for this year's festival with all the goods worth coveting.

Superior Brands was a gathering of sneakers, street and sportswear to cop, and featured multi-label stores like Limited Edt, Well Bred, and Durasafe; exclusive releases and drops from Swatch, Under Armour, Mizuno; and shoe-and-shine services from Mood. Some of us also walked home with grail items from Junta!; indulged in skate dog custom workshops by Vans; and browsed Street Superior Festival exclusive merchandise.

Copper Dog

In a one of a kind collaboration between Copper Dog Whisky and Street Superior, local artist Russell Ong aka Lonerslugs left his mark on 100 limited edition bottles. Each urban art and graffiti-inspired bottle was embedded with a VeChain chip for proof of authenticity, and could be scanned to reveal the artistry behind it—as well as a pair of custom sneakers by Chase Shiel for one lucky winner.

Durasafe (5).jpg

Durasafe

Durasafe definitely made an entrance with their container truck of street workwear and quality sportswear. Those of us looking for a ride also got to experience their selection of longboards, as well as the world's lightest foldable bicycle.

Junta!

To introduce Ox Street, a digital marketplace for buying and selling authentic sneakers, the crew at JUNTA! and Junta Grails hosted not one, but two giveaway competitions. They put up 12 extremely rare vintage grails from the likes of Supreme, Kaws, and Undercover, ramping up the already insane number of giveaways happening at Street Superior this year.

LE Launch Pad

Limited Edt levelled up once again with this year's LE Launch Pad, where sneakerheads flocked to cop the latest drops, take part in a massive sneaker ballot and hourly lucky draws. In just 2 days, we saw happy attendees leave the festival grounds with grails that included the Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 Cloud White Reflective, Reebok x Adidas Instapump Fury Boost, Nike Air Force 1 ‘07 “Black Skeleton”, Adidas x Nice Kicks, Air Jordan 7 Patent, Air Jordan 1 Shattered Backboard and a mystery Air Jordan 1. Limited Edt members also got to kick back in the VIP Lounge, powered by Tiger Crystal.

Mood

After a weekend of grail hunting and sole searching, we were more than ready to get our kicks cleaned and freshened with the crew from Mood. We also made sure to bring home a selection of cleaning products and solutions, for future use.

StoreFriendly

We didn't need to be given more reasons to collect shoes and toys, but StoreFriendly gave it to us anyway: they transformed their storage units into vaults of drool-worthy sneaker and toy collections, and put their GObots to work—each one carrying up to 1,200kg in weight.

SUPREME DECK

Supreme Skate Deck showcase

Supreme stans got their dose of inspiration from a wall of skate decks from the brand—245 of them, to be exact. Just three short of the full set that Supreme is known to have released between 1998 and 2018, the collection belongs to Singaporean Benjamin Tan, who gave us peek into his jaw-dropping collection.

Comprising rarely seen collaborative grails with contemporary artists such as Damien Hirst, Kaws, Jeff Koons, Takashi Murakami, George Condo, Ryan McGuinness and iconic pieces from “The Last Supper” sets, those in the know would also have spotted the Louis Vuitton x Supreme official skate decks sitting alongside their controversial bootleg predecessors.

Mizuno

We were looking forward to Mizuno’s sport-style series, which were previously exclusive only to Japan and Europe. They certainly didn't disappoint: hitting the streets of Singapore for the first time were the Wave Rider1 OG, Sky Medal OG, and Wave Rider 1 mita, with their unmistakeable signature blue hue inspired by Berlin Olympic Stadium’s famous blue track, and the glow-in-the-dark yellow of The Wave Plate.

Swatch

We were endlessly amazed by artist @Trangdrawsbangs' evolving live art action on a giant Swatch watch, and waited with bated breath for Swatch to drop their BIG BOLD series and an exclusive Swatch x Street Superior watch loop. We also took inspiration from Swatch's daily #OOTD pairings, and their TRANSFORMATION, BAU and Singapore Tale collections.

Under Armour

Under Armour set us up with some of their best styles including the UA Valsetz, UA W HOVR Infinite Camo and UA HOVR Phantom/SE Glow. Designed for comfort, functionality and contemporary aesthetics, we're all set to go from the streets to the outdoors.

Vans

Vans Custom Station

Skate rats tried their hand at reviving their well worn skate decks under the eye of skater-turned-artist Donald Abraham, who flew in from Kuala Lumpur to impart his tips and tricks for upcycling. From customisation to assembly, all it took was a little carpentry and imagination to get skateboards good as new.

Vechain

With the help of the team at VeChain, we kept it real at Street Superior this year, chipping limited-edition collectables and latest drops including the Copper Dog Whisky special edition SSF bottles, Big Big Con exclusive toys, Chase Shiel and Grail Crew Custom shoes, and Spinworkx x SSF yoyos with blockchain encryption for the ultimate proof of authenticity.

Well Bred

Well Bred took our Festival theme of customisation and ran with it, offering personalisation options for tees and tote bags. They also dropped an exclusive capsule from Indonesian label Posh Brain, and a range of tees designed specially in collaboration with Sole Superior—well bred, indeed.
